I’ve always enjoyed art, It’s a stress reliever, it’s stressful, can be very challenging, and sometimes seems to come easy. I hope to always have it in my life and keep creating and learning. Peace.

Update! I’m trying out a new look for the website today. Got tired of the dark grey theme. I might also put some back work into a main gallery down the line here. It took me a minute to figure out the lightbox feature. But it works now. You should still be able to simply click on an image and have an enlarged view on the same page and then just click it again to continue viewing other works. Any suggestions, complaints or compliments on the ease of viewing the site, just drop me a line at gilmoreart@gmail.com

I thought I would add a little about me post today.
My name is Aaron Gilmore. I live in Madison WI with my girlfriend and our two cats. I graduated from MATC Madison in Graphic Design and Illustration in Dec. ’07. I decided to freelance after graduating. The art I do is varied. I’ve done everything from figure drawing, fine art and comics to designing company logos, t-shirt graphics, posters, and illustration. Recently I illustrated The Adventures of Juice – Summertime with writer Scott Smith.

Well, It’s really Sept. 30th but in 3 hours it’ll be October. I just finished uploading work onto my first .com site! Thanks Paul for helping me out with it! I will be posting updates on all 3 pages, Prints, illustrations and the Home page regularly. Bare with me here as I might make changes as far as the layout of the site and everything. Hope you enjoy the work and feel free to drop a comment or two on some posts about the work, the new site, crits and comments are welcome as well.
